Every Precision Tune-up Includes:
- Clean or replace 1” standard filter (Does not include any filter or media 2 inches or above, these may be provided at additional cost.)
- Test all electrical components
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check thermostat operation
- Measure temperature difference
- Flush condensate drains
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Apply protective coating to units
Cooling Precision Tune-Up Includes:
- Clean condenser units
- Monitor refrigerant pressures and temperatures
- Clean condensate drains, pans and pumps
- Check system for refrigerant leaks
- Clean accessible evaporator coil
Heating Precision Tune-Up Includes:
- Clean the heat exchanger
- Clean the burner assembly
- Clean the ignition components
- Monitor flue draft
- Adjust gas pressure and check for leaks
